• Disinfection byproducts
  ... and more.
  

I’ve now had the water tested three separate times. The results are undeniable. And yet — the HOA has never tested the water themselves. Instead, they issued a newsletter falsely claiming the water is safe — without evidence.

In Case No. 80615, the Panorama Towers HOA is currently suing the original builders and developers for major construction defects, including:

What Owners Can (and Should) Do to Protect Themselves

• Test your unit’s water — and keep the results on file
  
• Check on your tenant’s health and experiences — are they sick, or afraid to report issues?
  
• Email the HOA and ask for written proof of water safety testing. (They have none.)
  
• Demand transparency — ask what building issues are unresolved from the lawsuit
  
• Document everything — emails, complaints, HOA replies, plumbing invoices
  
• Review your liability insurance — and consider adding coverage for tenant exposure or habitability claims
