Tracking PPM Levels at Panorama Towers: The Data Doesn’t Lie

Since discovering severe water issues in my unit at Panorama Towers, I’ve been documenting daily PPM (parts per million) readings to monitor the water quality myself — because no one else will.

On March 24, my first independent lab test revealed over 20 dangerous carcinogens, including arsenic, uranium, and chromium-6. Then on March 17 and April 2, additional tests came back positive for E. coli and coliform bacteria in both my kitchen and bathroom sinks.

    What happened next was suspicious:

On March 27, after I shared some of this data, my landlord said he would bring in someone to test the water. Oddly enough, the next day — nothing. No appointment. No follow-up. No water expert ever arrived.

When I emailed both the landlord and HOA asking if water manipulation was taking place, they cut off all communication with me entirely. They have not brought in a professional, and yet they continue to send out newsletters claiming the water is safe — without ever testing it themselves.

I even messaged my landlord directly and said: this looks suspicious.

    They’ve said nothing since.

I’ve now created a full PPM tracking timeline and documented all the dates where major events happened. You can view the full report here:
